  • ADD Stress Management

Welcome! I’m a Certified ADD coach in Seattle who has been helping students and adults with attention deficit disorder since 2003. I hope you enjoy my website. If what you read below interests you, please contact me for a free consultation.

The fundamental purpose of ADD Stress Management Coaching is to help you increase your competence, happiness and well-being. This can mean different things to different people. Whether it’s completing a project, developing organizational systems, learning how to plan, practicing stress reduction and relaxation techniques, or taking better care of yourself - I’m here to help in whatever way I can!

I offer a combination of practical strategies, the principles of mindful self-awareness, and a coaching style that is informational, supportive, and accepting.

    I can help you:

    • Learn ADD friendly systems, structures, and habits to plan, keep track of commitments, prioritize to-do’s, stay on-task, and feel more positive and in control.
    • Understand the brain wiring of ADD.
    • Get out of automatic pilot and learn how to act instead of react.
    • Create ways to maintain health promoting habits.
    • Learn how to slow down and try for less so you can focus better and actually get more done.
    • Use proven mind/body relaxation and stress reduction techniques.
    • Develop an awareness of how you feel mentally, physically, and emotionally so you can take care of yourself, reduce your ADD symptoms, and increase your health and well-being.
    • Let go of guilt, self-blame, and negative beliefs about yourself.
    • Enjoy your life more!

If you are feeling frustrated or stuck - and are interested in changing your life for the better, please contact me for a free consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!

Take the time to come home to yourself every day.
