Coaching Hours and Time Commitment:

Coaching is provided between 40 minutes and an hour a week depending on the need. I have found that some clients get fidgety and ready to close after a half hour and others use a full hour. Regardless of how long our main meetings are each week, coaching also includes shorter contacts in-between by phone or email.
I ask that you commit to coaching for at least one month, although most of my clients have been with me longer. A month is four weeks of coaching, regardless of when it starts. Change is a process and it takes time to develop new habits and skills.
How it Works:
I offer coaching in-person, over the phone, and through Skype, which allows me to work with people all over the world. By the way, I pay for all long distance calls within the United States. Even if you live in Seattle, there are benefits to phone and Skype coaching you may not have thought of: you don’t have to pay for gas, we can talk during your lunch break, and you can fidget, pace, or even walk on a treadmill during our session. If you have small children, you won’t have to pay for a babysitter. Just pop in a video or we’ll talk during nap time.
Of course I’ll be happy to see you if you prefer to be coached in-person. My office is in northeast Seattle. It’s quiet, comfortable, and I’ll even offer you some chocolate and a cup of tea!
Coaching Fees:
The fee for individual coaching is $340.00 a month (or $85.00 a week) due in advance. If we have already talked and agreed to start coaching, you may use a credit card to pay for one month of coaching by clicking on the “pay now” button below. If you prefer to pay by another method, we can make individual arrangements.
