You can benefit from ADD Stress Management Coaching if:
You have AD/HD (Or a lot of the traits).
You’re the parent of a child with AD/HD, learning disabilities, or other conditions. The job of parenting a child with higher needs requires energy and strength. Along with exhaustion from the additional demands, stressful emotions such as worry, frustration, and sadness can be a daily experience. Sometimes it helps to talk with someone to get a new perspective, emotional support for you, and ideas to make things easier at home and at school. I know, from personal experience, that it’s difficult to find the time to get support and take care of yourself. But it’s crucial so that you can stay healthy for you and for your family!
You don’t have ADD, but your partner or spouse does. Even if you love your partner with all of your heart and know that ADD symptoms are not purposeful, living with someone who struggles with disorganization, impulsiveness, and keeping track of commitments can be stressful. My coaching program for non-ADD people is not about helping your spouse or making the relationship work. It is about meeting your own goals and nurturing yourself so you can be healthier and happier.
You are a woman, which deserves a category in itself. It is typical for women to meet the needs of everyone around them, but ignore their own. Most women today juggle so many demands that feeling overwhelmed is normal. On top of this, many of us have a hard time saying “No” or setting limits.
